The Creator (God/Goddess) imparted into Qween Red the vision of the Lotus Life Program years before it became a reality. It wasn’t until after having a stroke, leaving corporate America, and being still
to hear guidance and instructions that the program manifested into reality. A mirror reflection of her own growth, expansion, and pathway, The Lotus Life Program: Blooming From the MUD™ was formed. Firsthand experience, hindsight, and wisdom from lessons learned, her heart’s passion is to cultivate a community where the environment soil is rich with the nutrient’s women creatives need to bloom.
"Qween Red" Coach Red is a Wealth Independence Navigation Coach. She is the Creative Visionary and owner of WIN Capital Consulting, LLC. WIN Capital Consulting LLC cultivates brands and businesses with a Feng Shui approach. It integrates principles of divine wealth to access capital to build, grow, and produce value in an economy. Her mission is to in-power women with a “wealthy wins mindset”, spirit, and strategies that align with their purpose. She is a heart-centered investor and lifestyle is her greatest wealth vehicle. She is a co-founder and member of Queens with A Millionaire Mindset, LLC, and a joint venture partner of Passive Wealth Group.
She is a poet, author, speaker, and creative artist. She is a wife and mother. She is a proud Army Veteran and retired Senior Cybersecurity Professional who managed several information systems, from unclassified to top secret, and led a top-notch cybersecurity team. She has a master’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in information technology management from Keiser University. Most importantly, she is in her own lane on her own journey, showing others that wealth is not just about numbers but about the lifestyle you live.

It is an honor to have Wildflower as the Lotus Life Program Ambassador. I’ve had the opportunity to mentor and coach many women creatives. Wildflower is a true representation of a Lotus flower, spiritually, poetically, and metaphorically.
Teana Norwood, artistically known as Wildflower, is a multidimensional creative and visionary committed to growth, mastery, and legacy.
Forged through every storm meant to break her, she stands rooted in the greatness she intentionally cultivates. A published artist with work featured in a printed book, Wildflower has mastered multiple creative disciplines — including tattoo artistry, powder coating, visual art, and musical performance — continuously expanding her craft while evolving personally and spiritually.
Beyond creativity, she is deeply committed to excellence in every arena of her life. As a devoted mother and partner, she balances artistry with intentional family leadership, striving to model strength, authenticity, and emotional intelligence.
Currently pursuing her education in radiologic sciences, she is on the path to becoming one of the most impactful radiologic technologists of her time. Simultaneously, she is building generational wealth through investing and trading, determined to pass down not only financial abundance, but knowledge, confidence, self-expression, and the courage for her children to live unapologetically as their most authentic selves.

Inspired by her own journey through mental health challenges, she created Wrapping In God’s Love, a platform that uses vibrant headwraps to encourage confidence, healing, and self-expression for women battling anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
